It has been 2 years since my last blog and A LOT has happened.
When I started this blog I was a newly single, lost girl, fresh out of college and just finishing up my first year of School of Ministry. I am happy to say that I completed the entire three year program.
In the last two years, I also started and finished my Masters program in Education, got married, helped start the second campus of my church, became one of the deacons at church AND had a baby. Crazy right?!
This has all been by the grace of God. The last two years has been an amazing whirlwind experience. Whoever said following God was boring?? It has been quite the adventure. His will for me has been and continues to be nothing I would have imagined for myself but BETTER than anything I could have imagined.
I have been encouraged to start writing again. This time, it will be different. It will be simple and practical, yet hopefully thoughtful excerpts of my life and all the lessons learned along the way.
There are ups and downs, good times and bad but through it all I seek His face. I'm trying my best to live in His light because God is too good, His grace too sweet and life is too short to do it any other way.
